PEOPLE CENTRIC DEVELOPMENT

PEOPLE CENTRIC DEVELOPMENT

People-centric Business Development for and through Procurement & Purchasing (P&P).

People are at the heart of every success. They can overcome any challenge and achieve extraordinary results, provided you find ways to attract, motivate, and support them.

If you manage your “human capital” correctly, you can add tools and a framework to structure and accelerate their drive; otherwise, these will have little to no impact.

We help you implement and apply a “people-centric” approach by developing your key team(s) in procurement and purchasing, which in turn will enable them to effectively manage your external resources.

V. B52K-LAB

The label that makes your offer speak to the ear of buyers.

B52K-LAB word cloud: community, trust, label, 52k buyers
B52K-LAB

B52k-Lab is a market solution evaluation laboratory for the Buyer Community. With the expertise of the core team and panels of category and project Buyers, we evaluate and pre-qualify innovative and productive solutions according to the practices and a reference system of the Buyer Community. With different levels and sequences of evaluation, carried out in Lab mode and in the field, we identify and pre-qualify market solutions, that are innovative and productive, allowing the Buyer Community to both participate in the evaluation of solutions of general or specific interest across the different selected sub-categories and to build a panel of suitable solutions for future comparison and possible effective use by the Community’s Buyers. This approach also allows solution providers, who are interested in a proactive approach towards the Buyer Community, to better assess the competitiveness of their solutions and to position themselves in a continuous improvement process in a positive and collaborative manner with Buyers as coordinators of innovation and external productivity.

Our team of Procurement experts and the representatives of our Buyer panels evaluate, in continuous exchange with the Buyer Community, market solutions in key categories and sub-categories to identify, filter, and pre-qualify the best solutions, enabling the Buyer Community to have effective and rapid access to a panel of “pre-tested” solutions. This accelerates the “internal time to market” and the quality of subsequent exchanges with pre-qualified suppliers, with the aim of optimizing value creation for Buyers in relation to their corporate challenges and internal clients.

  • Access to a selection of pre-qualified market solutions according to a comprehensive Buyer reference system
  • Participation in evaluations of innovative and/or productive market solutions
  • Exchange of experience and/or benchmarking of solutions with other Buyers
  • Facilitation of development in external innovation and procurement value creation
