Nicolas Kourim

Nicolas Kourim started in Purchasing and progressed from Buyer to Purchasing Manager to Group Purchasing Director before moving into General Management as COO and CEO of several medium-size corporations. He is experienced in the electric, electronic and hi-tech industries and services. He also held several International Management positions in Germany, the United States and France for Siemens. Nicolas has set up 3 international companies from scratch, one of which is involved in skills assessment and skills development. He is familiar with all aspects of Strategic Purchasing & Resource Management including Shared Services, Outsourcing, and Restructuring/Business Transformation. He has also been a Coach and Trainer for several years in Corporate and academic institutions.

Julian Calvert

Mr. Calvert is the COO of Fiducia-Advisors a London HQ boutique M&A, Brokerage and Advisory house and a partner at Big Fish International. He has over 25 years experience in audit, corporate finance and management consultancy across EMEA, North America and Asia with Deloitte, FirstCatalyst Consulting and Hackett Consulting. 

His consulting experience includes driving sales growth, working capital and EBITDA improvement through operating model redesign, margin management and strategic sourcing of procured (3rd party) spend.  He has helped organizations transform their S&OP, quote to order, order to cash, procure to pay, Finance accounting and HR processes.

Amine Rezzouk

Mr. Rezzouk the CEO of Fiducia-Advisors a London HQ boutique M&A, Brokerage and Advisory house and a partner at Big Fish International. He was previously the global head of the Private Equity Advisory Practice at The Hackett Group working with both Fund and Portfolio companies. Prior to this, Mr Rezzouk was a Director at the Ernst & Young (EY) office in London where he was working primarily on large cap and mid-market buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements, commercial Due Diligence, transaction services (IPO exits) as well as strategy and top line management for clients. He also lead the growth and business development of the Private Equity practice within EY (globally).

I had the opportunity to work as "France Talent Strategist" at Accenture (Employee Engagement Surveys, Talent Assessment, HR Communication, etc.)
I am definitely people oriented. I believe in authentic and respectful interactions between people within the organisations, in order to look upon the same business vision. Jean Louis Viargues

Jean-Louis Viargues worked in sales before he joined a large French business school (HEC) where he developed the centre for corporate education which he lead as Director General for several years. Later he joined UAP where he became VP of Human Resources. After the takeover by AXA he was appointed Head of HR managing especially the international training centres of the group. Since 2000 he set up two companies, one of which specializes in HR Development and Change Management.
During the past 25 years he was a teacher and trainer in various large institutions while writing several books about managing people and change.

Jean-Pierre DEL FONDO

Mr Del Fondo has more than twenty five years Executive & Consulting experience with a focus on Global Operations as CEO, COO, Manufacturing & Supply Chain VP, IT director and CPO roles.

He has also designed, developed, implemented and managed BPO operations and Shared Services. Before joining BFI, he was with General Electric, Alstom, Accenture, Thomson and BUYPRO to name few of the blue chip companies where he held senior positions and roles.

Nelly has over 20 years experience in operations and consulting across EMEA, North America and Asia.

Her operations management experience includes  a significant command in Supply Chain Solution for B2B Customer facing programs; Subject Matter Expert in Order to Cash, Inventory Management Planning System, Transition Management post Merger & Acquisition Integration Activities.

§Her consulting experience includes New Design Organization, Supply Chain Optimization, Post Merger Activities, Change management & Training Design.

Dominique Bonningue

Dominique, Information System Engineer, graduated from CNAM (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers), also graduated in Organization and Change Management from IESTO now IIM (Institute International of Management).
He built his career around three axes within the Operational He has the appropriate management skills to gain acceptance and commitment from every level in the organization. During the last ten years his actions were to implement the Lean Management through Supply Chain and Manufacturing giving successful results to plants in difficult position. His experience is international and he leads projects in EMEA and America. In addition Dominique has been VP of Aslog from 1997 until 2003 (Professional French association in SCM) , member of ELA (European Logistics Assoc). He was responsible to build the best practices in Supply Chain and to provide the ref book assessment, used today by many companies and logistics school (self-assessment and training).

Jean-Luc Chaouch

Jean-Luc is active in the field of evaluation and skills development  of individuals and teams in management and operational functions. He is experienced in the management of significant changes where he coaches the management. As the director of the Personal Performance  department at Krauthammer International he took part in the creation and later managed Optimhom, the pioneer of Assessment Centres in France.

After his time with Optimhom Jean-Luc lead the Human Capital of Watson Wyatt France before he founded Sango Management with Christian Rios (CEGOS, DBM, E&P). The experience gathered throughout his consulting career as manager and entrepreneur, gives him today a wide scope of expertise in different business areas.

Agnieszka Piatkowska

Agnieszka Piatkowska joined BIG FISH in 2004 as the office manager in Poland. She graduated in international trade from the LEON KOZMINSKI management school in Poland. Before joining BIG FISH, she worked for several medium enterprises in Poland. She was the in charge of the relations with suppliers of raw materials and subcontractors for finished products. Agnieszka is founder of the Polish Association of Professional Buyers. She supports the BIG FISH network for all the missions in Eastern Europe.

Philip Mertens

Philip studied production engineering, finance and international management at the “RWTH Aachen University” in Germany as well as in France and Thailand. He took part in a Euro-Asian research project on internationalisation strategies of small and medium sized companies. He´s currently completing his MBA at the Tsinghua University in Beijing and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.

With his company – a web-based Euro-American trading company for luxury food and beverages – Philip gathered first entrepreneurial experience. Joining Big Fish in early 2011 Philip is responsible for the assessment practice in the network, and the business development and operations in Asia.
